i live abroad and cannot access any of my uk money without incurring Fex fees which are to say a little off putting coupled with the pounds slide into oblivion. i am basically a sealed pot expat! i have income from my previous employment in the uk which goes untouched apart from keeping an empty home and a mortgage going. i aim to save 13032gbp per annum and live self sufficiently abroad with my working wife and sd. this challenge sounds right up my track for next year--am i suitable??
İ have been doing a lot of stoozing abroad and want to start a seperate pot to get back into the way of saving. İ am not used to having debt but i am building a new life and business,Credit cards and building work is all -- everything is done on interest free credit so i am juggling a lot of bills without the resource of relevant info from this site!mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0 -
Hi all
I am adding no one new to this thread as this is the 2010 challenge, as for the 2011 thread - I have not started it yet.
I asked a few weeks ago who would be interested in continuing so I could decide if I wanted to carry on and as it has been a positive response then I will start a new thread next month.
This thread will be open until 31st December 2010 for people to continue to their VSP. Anyone posting on the 2011 thread when it is set up will be to be added to the list but it will not start until 1st January 2011 - I will only be adding people's names until then not totals.
Please look at this thread for a link around the 1st December as this is when I intend to start "recruiting" for the 2011 challenge not before.
Thanks

 Morning. transfered £5.99 making my total £149.89 :j
I'm not going to make my target this year (which is a shame as I LOVE targets!) as I'm buying xmas presents now so money I would put in my VSP is being spent. But I feel this has been hugely succesful as I have already withdrawn £100 and I only started when I got out of my od in the summer. Thanks for doing it P :A (sounds like I'm saying goodbye - but I'm not!)
Have a fabulous day everyone xDF as at 30/12/16
