Central Heating Quote

Hi
We are buying a house that needs a new central heating system. We currently have an old back boiler system, and water tank, etc..
We have been quoted £4,000 for eight new radiators a Worcester 30CDi and new pipes where they can be seen.
The heating engineer also said he would tile and fit our bathroom and downstairs toilet for an extra £750, we would supply materials.
Is this good? could we get it any cheaper. We are on a tight budget.
Many thanks
