Ipod and Itunes - desperately seeking help before I break it!

please help me - I have just downloaded some songs from limewire! Can I transfer them onto my IPOD? I can see them in the Itunes list under shared but I cant do anything with them - please helpppppppppppp

Also I have just downloaded some tracks from Tesco and I cant upload them either as they are not listed in my library|!

I am going maddddddddddddd............

    with the tesco songs you need to copy them to cd and then rip them to put them on your ipod as they are drm protected
    you may have to the same with the limewire ones (although they maybe fakes beware(

    I transferred my songs from limewire to itunes no problem. Also when a download has finished from limewire, itunes automatically opens for me to add to library

    I download all sorts - use it to download torrents too. I have created a folder on my desktop and redirected my limewire downloads to download straight into it.
