2 tiered (pet) cat bed?

I'm looking for a two tiered pet (cat) bed, like this.

Lots of them have tiny doors in the bottom & I don't want one like that as I fear the bottom may not get used.
Needs to be big as George is a cat crossed with a labrabor;)

Great price, but the door for the bottom level is a bit on the small side.

TBH George is a big cat, I'm not sure he would fit on either level anyway.

ETA he doesn't do the whole curling up thing either, likes to lie flat stretched out.

Could you not get a vet bed or heated pad if he likes to stretch out?
