coach from nottingham to heathrow?

Hi there all. My son is going on holiday and needs a transfer from nottm to heathrow. National express have quoted £39.50 return but its only to heathrow, no terminal is specified. He flys from terminal 4 and returns to terminal 2.
Will it be too hard for him to get to these terminals from the coach? I know its a big airport.
Is there any sort of transfer available to the different terminals?

If he can manage in the Navy I'm sure he can navigate Heathrow!
There are transfers between the bus station and the terminals, all well signposted.
Hope he gets a quiet journey from Nottingham, I have taken the 2am coach a few times and it is very hit and miss - it only takes one noisy passenger to ruin any chance of sleep!Gone ... or have I?0
