Laptop mouse scroll bar not working.........!

hi,
since installing the new microsoft updates my laptop mouse pad scoll bar on the side of the pad is not working anymore.
i have installed all the drivers again but it still isnt working. I have also gone through the control panel but it doesnt have the option of the scroll bar anymore.
does anyone have any idea how i can get it to work again?

Do you know what manufacterer made the drivers? Your best best would be to find out who created the drivers and then see if you can find their website and download the latest drivers. That usually helps.0
