Calling owners of Roberts DAB Gemini RD55's

I'm thinking of buying one for my Dad, how easy are they to use when recording?
And which spec SD card should I be aiming for?
Thanks

    Hi Sophieschoice,

I have owned the Roberts Gemini55 Dab radio for over a year, and am really happy with it.
The recording process is simple to use - you simply press a button. However for playback and deleting files I sometimes have to refer to the instructions, although they are easy to follow.
I have a 2GB SD card and record programmes each week. This is sufficient for me, as I delete my recordings after listening to each programme.
    Hope this helps.
  • Meg, thanks so much. He's 83 but much more technically minded than me! Having said that my cats are more technically minded than me too!!
    I'll order one tomorrow.
    Cheers x
