    In 6 weeks of ownership they could have caused all the extra faults themselves with bad driving. Sounds like you have been honest with the description and its there problem now. Its the risk of buying a second hand motor without a warranty.....buyer beware!!!!

    I agree with the others on here

    I think it is very unliley it will see court-- but print out your ebay advert and the postive feedback

    Ebay adverts dissapear after 90 days- If in off chance id idid go to court at least you will ahve proof that the buyer was made aware of all problems as staed in your advert- He found two extra problems and money was reduced from the auction amount.
