Can anyone point me in the right direction of the thread that all the NTL / Telewest customers started when they were phoning up customer services and getting better deals ?
I am trying to persuade my neighbour to phone up and get a better deal.
I didnt subscribe to it, to can't find it or remember which section it was on.
