If only you had posted a working clickable link.When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0 -

Found these links, which clearly state they only give 10% of the subscription to charity even though whenever I get accosted by their sales people in Sainsbury's their big selling point appears to be the charidee aspect.
I even asked the woman trying to sign me up last week exactly how much of my subs would go to the "poor children in hospital" and she was unable to tell me, just quoted all the money that's been donated since the 1960s. It seems that it's clearly stated in small print in the mag (that you have to subscribe to) that its only 10%, but I am not able to find the percentage given to charity anywhere on the Candis site - clarity not!
