Anti virus system pro has installed itself

Anti virus system pro has installed itself on my laptop and keeps telling me that all.exc files are infected and i cannot do anythnig. It is asking me to activate anti virus pro. What shall i do ?

and in future ignore the phrases
1)free scan of your PC that flashes up on your screen when viewing y a web site
2)you need a codec to view ( always go to http://www.free-codecs.com/)
3)you need to download this add on (unless its a site you actually know and trust)
4)any email that says you need to download this patchEx forum ambassador
