arrrrghhh this is so annoying!

first you have to set up a very credit account (which just took me forever due to non loading pages and error messages) then when i finally do that, and do all my shopping I enter the promo code (L74XG) for £30 off a £60 order. My order is £71....yet it says 'code only vaild on first orders' which it is my first order! grrrr.
Usless phoning as your on hold FOREVER, so ive e-mailed them. By the time i get a reply all the stuff in my basket will have probably sold out anyway!

when i went through checkout it gave the full amount and said that promotion code would be credited later ..... so maybe they do check ?
