Any idea when this expires because I want to order an Ipod touch and this would be a really good saving on the £149.00 for my first order:D Could I use Quidco too with the 8% cashback?
I get my new phone on Monday and am hoping to get some money back for my Iphone 3G when I recycle it and use this money to pay for it but may not place the order until next week sometime....
    Many thanks in advance[/QUOTE

i saw the ad in paper also pretty sure it expires near the end of feb. :D

Be cautious with 'Very'. I got halfway through an order, intending to pay by credit card, just before Christmas. I then changed my mind, and clicked off the screen. I'd only put my name and address in.

Next thing I know, i'm getting bombarded with letters welcoming me to 'Very', they were pleased to tell me they'd opened an account for me (WHAT!!?!?!?) and I had £3000 to spend.

I then started getting phone calls at 8pm, jsut when my children were nodding off to sleep, with 'offers'.

Enraged, I phoned them, and told them to close the account.

    Buyer beware!

  • Hi there, many thanks for all your replies and I shall be cautious with Very if I place an Order!!

Not sure if I will be able to use this code though as I have received a Very catalogue in the post before and my daughter has an account with them and it wasn't until the other day that I realised that Very is the old Littlewoods and I did have an account with Littlewoods a while ago but haven't ordered anything for a while certainly not since they changed to Very (which I don't know how long that was!!) Does that mean I will not count as a new customer and not be able to use the code at all?

If I can't use this code then I will buy my Ipod touch from Currys who are doing it for £137.99 at the moment and I just have enough points in my ShopnScan to get a £10 Currys voucher and can use it of my Ipod to get it even cheaper (not as cheap at £119.00 with Very) but every little bit helps...:D

Anybody help me before I try and order it.....
    TIA

You could just sign up with a new email address as a new customer? I'm sure people have done that to use discount codes.

I used to be a customer of Littlewoods but was still able to use this offer with Very.

Caution I would add is that if you use a card to pay, the total
total cost of your order will be ear-marked on your card i.e. the £30 discount will appear not to have been taken off. Then when your payment goes through finally, it will appear as the total costs of your order and then a refund to your card of £30.
For instance, my order was £68.95.

£68.95 was earmarked on my card.

When the payment went through, £68.95 was debited from my card and £30 refunded to my card at the same time.

Just a warning if you’re sailing close to your limit or balance – it was only earmarked for a day.

  • Type in code ZZ419 and get £30 off when you spend £60 at Very.co.uk

Says it must be your first order to get the discount. x

Thanks for the code! Can i just ask what paper you got it from? Just in case they question me using it. Just ordered 2 wii games :)

    BTW - I think someone was asking when the ZZ419 code for £30 off a £60 order expires - it's 28 Feb.

  • Thanks Mandy. Does anyone know if this code can be used with any other cats? Or is it just very?

    code: ZZ309
    Code expires 31st July 2010

hope it helps some of you.
