Hi
Basically my car had a little accident it was set on fire and went BOOM into a ball of flames!
Now I've been demanding more money from Directline due to terible service and I'm at £2475.
However I'm now looking for a car I know I want a Citreon Berlingo Multispace but I'm going to need some superb advice on how to haggle?
Does anyone how where to buy from? or how to haggle?
Nicci

Hello nicci985
I'll move your thread over to the 'Motoring & Public Transport' board, where it should get more views and responses.
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email !!!!!!.

if you buy from a private seller or a dealer its basicly the same you need to pick and find fault with everything you can, then haggle. dont appear to be to impressed and never say 'its just what im looking for' if you do the seller has go you by the ba**S.
if you go to a dealer you can haggle in several different ways you can try to get money off or deal up and get every extra you can for nothing, like road tax ,floor mats a tank of petrol(£200 already)
finaly if the deal isnt going your way...WALK AWAY... 9-10 will call you back and do the deal you want. if they dont go somewhere else.0 -
what should I look out for?
How do I know if a car is c**p?
In three years I've had 4 cars my last one I brought from a Renault dealer for £4000 but with a £2475 insurance pay out I cannot do that this time!0 -
you realy should have an HPI check done on the car this will tell you if its all cosha and wether or not its been stolen or has outstanding money owing on it.
if your a novice i would sudgest getting the AA/RAC to look over it, the cost can be well worth it and as they are working for you there honest.
any seller who has nothing to hide wont mind you doing either of these.
dont let any seller tell you its already had an HPI check, do your own.!0 -
I'm taking this all in!
I'm excited but nervous about buying another car!
Have you ever brought from eBay?0
