New Halifax charges

Can anyone tell me when the new Halifax charges come into force? - Especially for unauthorised overdraft. I've just been charged 3x£35 for direct debits on 3rd December, to be taken out on 16th this month. I'm disputing this anyway (see a previous thread for the fuller story!) but thanks to another forum user am beginning to be suspicious about the timings of all this.
