A really BIG THANK YOU Martin, I successfully claimed back £544.38 from M&S Money for PPI on my credit card dating back over 5 years and I have just received a letter from Lloyds TSB that they have upheld my claim for PPI on my loan which was fully paid and closed 2 years ago! Just in time for Christmas a stonking £1097.34 plus interest!!!! Wouldn't have done it without your help.
If any one out there is still not sure........GO FOR IT.
