 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
  • Hi lynzpower , are you from East London? Do you know that area? What are your views on this development and houses and most importantly the area?

I dont know barkingside at all TBH, I just had a look on the website at the development.
But pretty much all social housing in these sort of developments (im in a new dev in Bow) are Shared ownership , which is what Im living in IYSWIM

Sorry edited to say, I know around the area, but not barkingside exactly IYSWIM, I have a vague knowlesge of Chigwell, woodford green etc. Pretty nice IMHO :)

All new developments above a certain size, have to include social housing.

If your concerned make sure the plot you buy is the furthest away from it.
