Need to buy Sensodyne ProEnamel and Corsodyl Daily

My mum uses corsodyl, as during her chemotherapy her mouth was very very sore, found local chemist selling it for £4.99!!! Crazy prices, but only £2.99 at Home Bargains, and they sometimes do a bigger bottle for the same price, also the corsodyl toothpaste(natural one) is really quite nice, but I guess I like natural or ayurvedic tasting toothpastes. Have been buying pronamel for years and the price really fluctuates, the cheapest I have seen it for is £1.24 in Boots, but they only do it occasionally on offer, also look out for their 342...definitely worth stocking up. Tesco and Asda have fluctuating prices too.
Will be going to Tesco after reading Shailesh's post, cheers.0 -
normally used sensodyne toothpaste (pronamel or whitening), tesco do it cheaper than the rest unless it is on promotion.
corsadyl... prefer oraldene, doesnt taste great but do wonders for me. and remember its not for long use :rolleyes:i wish i have live my life a little bit off the book, took a chance and gamble :whistle:0 -
The advice given is patient specific. That's why swapping what your dentist recommends for you on an internet chat-board is useless at best, and potentially harmful at worst![/QUOTE]i wish i have live my life a little bit off the book, took a chance and gamble :whistle:0

Hi
We recently visited our son and his family in Cornwall.
In Newquay there is a chemist called Kayes (2 branches)
On the day we went to Newquay they had a 20% off sale on.
We noticed that Corsodyl Daily - 500ml was priced at £1.85 less 20%- bargain.
In fact we went back the next day and bought some more without the discount because the sale had finished.

Wow guys, thanks for all the info: I got some this week on special offer at Tesco and have since found a place that sells the Sensodyne non-whitening for £2.48/tube all the time, but it's good to know other places in case they change their prices.
And Boots did it on offer for £1.24? :eek:Wowzers: I shall have to keep my peepers peeled for that! :T

Sendoyne Pronamel is on offer in Sainsburys: save 1/3. Think the offer ends Mid January (but not 100% on that)0

Hiya just to let you know hat my dentist recommends using
Chlorhexidine rather than Corsdyl its £1.99 in Wilko's or Home Bargains it is exactly the same ingredients. I use it in a waterpik as I have Periodonatal problems and this works an absolute treat, just water it down 50/50 with warm water, then the sensitivity isn't as bad!! Hope this helps!
It's nice to be important, but more important to be nice!!0 -
