How do I set for UK English in my Outlook Express spell check

I am fed up with it offering the American version when I have spelt it right by the UK version of English.

Outlook Express uses the spelling checker provided with the following Microsoft Office programs: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. If you do not have one of these programs installed, the Spelling command is not available
Assume you change language in which ever of above is installed on computer.0 -
I've seen this before, I think it's something to do with you having Office 2007 on your computer that causes this problem. Why not just use the full version of Outlook?0
