Self employed business with personal IVA.

Can anyone help please?? I am 21 months into a five year IVA agreement,(running smoothly), i am having terrible problems getting public liability and personal indemnity insurance for my business. I must have these for me to work with suppliers in my line of business.(digital printer engineer).
Is there a reason why these insurance policies are very difficult to take out? :mad:
