How do I collect from a local store?

Simply add the products you wish to buy to your basket and then choose a store for collection. You will then have two weeks to collect your items, giving you lots of time to find a day convenient for you.

if you know the staff in the store your getting it delivered to could always mention to them to keep it for a bit longer

I've told the OH about this, but he might not remember. So I may just wait up online and then reserve for collection, then he can do the purchasing!!! That's if he hasn't got me anything yet, I don't know if he has. If he has, I do always have £27 of points on my card.....hmmm.....but I've already bought myself a pressie (I say it's from the cat!!) of Coco Madamoiselle so a S&G hatbox might be pushing it somewhat on exactly how much my little furry man loves his mommy :rotfl:

Marked it in my diary for 18th for S&G, I think I will take my chances in store, all the offers so far have been in stock for 4 days before running out so I will take my chances. Wouldn't have a clue where to go to collect a reserved item instore lol

You can ask any SA in the store, but they usually tell me to go to the photo point cashier.
