    I just contacted dhl as i was expecting a parcel to be collected today and she said they are only working normal hours which means they finish at 5pm, they never turned up today and she says they are so busy i have to wait til tomorrow. So I guess yours might arrive tomorrow

    Oh no, they don't deliver until 9?! I thought they did. What a bummer, mine is listed as "out for delivery" but nothing yet.

  • Mine should have been delivered, but with the snow I would be surprised if I see a delivery before Christmas, 3 days of snow and the roads are dangerously icy. Does anyone know what all these initials mean? - HSD Out for Delivery awaiting IOD :o

    I've looked online for dhl operating hours, and all I can find is Xmas/New Years hours that only list from 24 dec. through 2 Jan. Day definite deliveries go as late as 9 some of those days, 6 otherwise. I guess we can just hope they come soon.
  • HSD = Home Service Delivery
    IOD= Information on Delivery

    Errrm,it was a question on the no7 free gift,bluenose hadn't received it after spending well over £22 on no7 stuff and didn't get a free gift,and is obviously entitled to it,so i was just saying the receipt could be taken in and probably be able to get the free gift that way...don't know where 17 product came into it?? 17 was never mentioned.

    If what she bought was a gift set, and by the sounds of it, it is, then shes not actually entitled to a gwp..they are only given out on individual items.
