I got through on line in the end after taking it slowly and steady.
My advice is be patient and let pages load in their own time rather than keep refreshing!
If it appears to be loading something just wait and let it crawl along, if it fully loads the annoying couple or says site has crashed keep pressing F5.
Paypal is defo good as you get to go through to that subsection of the website rather than the main boots one.
Take a deep breath and chill

After staying up late last night to buy online then logging on this morning with no luck, I am now snowed in!

However, I've called my local store and they are reserving 2 for me! So straightforward and far less frustrating than keep refreshing!

Go on - give them a call!

Well I woke this morning to see the roads covered in snow, and my heart sank, common sense told me I shouldn't make unnecessary journeys. But all I could think of was snowbrow telling me to "keep my eyes on the prize"!:D. So I braved the snow drifts and the ice rink like car park only to see lots of women coming out of Boots with 2 or 3 boxes!!:eek: Then walking (urgently) passed the window I saw the queues of more people with their hatboxes!! My heart sank thinking they won't be any left, until I came round the corner and they were piled high. The Shop assistant told me they had loads around the back and didn't know why everyone was panicking. Lol. Cars were skidding all over the place, we must be mad .

Now do I give it to my sister for Christmas, or shall I keep it for myself.........?

Can't even get onto the site despite trying at several different times. Its like the sales all over again. They really need to sort their website, hundreds of other sites can cope with high volume traffic.
