The DFnR Club

I must admit at the moment my main concern is being debt free but my aim is to become rich.

I want to become rich for the following reasons:

1. To make sure my family are secure, and if necessary give them jobs
2. To create employment and wealth for my area
3. To enable me to do things in life that i wouldnt be able to do, such as travel, learning hobbies etc
4. Because im fed up of working for ungrateful people, I would treat my employees with respect and appreciation
5. So I can gain influence to help turn this country around

I dont want or need a huge house, fast car, yacht etc, ill leave that to the poor people!

Anyways so who else is using this experience to guide them towards becoming rich?

And which posh hotel are we having our annual meeting at :D

Idealistic and doesn't work in the real world. A nice idea though.

I dont see why being nice to people shouldnt work in the real world, It should encourage loyality and dedication in staff if they are getting reward.

Also the others such as improving the area should be a bye product of running businesses (which is one of the ways I intend to become rich), because of increased employment.

Yeah good for you, have a goal and don't lose sight of it. We had ideals when we started our business, dreams I guess (not to be rich, just to have an amazing business, the best sound company!) , and although we still adore what we do and wouldn't trade it for the earth it's hard, harder than we ever imagined, if I had a penny for every time one of us had wanted to throw in the towel in a moment of frustration, I would be that rich woman lol.

We are still racing to the millionaires club I hope :) If so then I think our annual shin dig should be at one of my posh restaurants :D

It will work if you keep to the same / similar life style and use the money you currently put towards debts to savings / investment uses once your debts are clear, Best of luck to you.
