I did just find this on the Focus website

then again, sawing the beading to fit is worrying me too!

If you are going to stick any sealant in the gap, stick some scrunched up newspaper or foam under the gap first. As long as you don't leave it proud you won't be wasting loads of sealant . Then you will only need a small bead at the front.
