Our Zurich policy is ending in 10 days. We won't be renewing. Funny how they have UK based helpful sales reps but as soon as you sign up you have to deal with India.
I really don't think its fair to call them idiots tbh, just can't speak English and poorly trained.

When dealing with idiots (be they in India or UK) I politely ask to speak to a supervisor
