Security of Homeplug units

I know about the importance of setting up a secure wireless network and have done so. However I'm contemplating getting a Homeplug device to save having to run wires everywhere.
Is there anything to worry about with the security of these products?

Not unless you are concerned about someone tapping into your ring main (or perhaps someone able to hook onto the weak RF signals that these plugs emit)...0
