Since it doesn't seem to be recognised on a Google search, it might mean you have a virus on your PC. Please do a search for Malwarebytes and the downloading, installing, updating and running thereof (posted at least daily on this forum!)....

Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')

Open malwarebytes and goto UPDATE and click 'check for updates'. After its updated goto SCANNER and click PERFORM FULL SCAN then click SCAN

Are you sure youve downloaded the right thing
    Try this direct link ~
    http://www.filehippo.com/download/file/e1a4a83ae82cc1f8375dbd0a1d2ca11a8f34c12c0d5c6f3013a9a3aa24bf4b11/

If that doesnt work. reboot and KEEP PRESSING F8 to get into SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING. Then try again
if it STILL fails then attempt to RENAME the malwarebytes file first

Any idea what the malware is?

Try in SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING

    If it still fails ~
    Please run COMBOFIX

    Shut down your anti virus
Follow the simple instructions it gives
Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be)

If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download

I selected remove the object and then malware stopped working. What's going on? The only option windows is giving me is to close the program. How do I get rid of the infection?

I'm sorry for saounding like a bimbo but I don't understand your post at all. What does safe mode in networking mean?
All I can see is Rogue.installer but can't do anything else as i'm being told to close malwarebytes
