Can anyone tell me, or point me in the direction of a site, if my kenwood head unit in my car would be compatiable with a Sony multichanger?

No.

Sony, Kenwood, Alpine etc all have different connectors for the multi-changers.
Here are all the adaptors http://www.crutchfield.com/S-aqZxzlhI9Tj/cgi-bin/prodgroup.asp?g=234650&showAll=1
If you own a newish Kenwood headunit you can buy a converter on that page to make older kenwood changers compatible.
You should be able to pick a cheap Kenwood changer from ebay.0 -
Kenwoods own website is terrible for compatability help. I have a head unit and multichanger by them in my car but the head unit is dying. I looked on their website to see which of the newer head units would still be compatible and it basically said they all "should" be compatable but to check with my dealer. Checked with my dealer and they said they didnt know and to check the kenwood website :mad:All posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers
