Who is cheapest depends on how much of each fuel you use and where you live in the country.
I'd suggest using a price comparison site (e.g. uSwitch) to get some ideas. Then check out the prices yourself to make sure you'll actually be saving money.0 -
The comparison sites are also very confusing.
I should mention i`m in the north west and will be in thisw house for approx 6 months.0 -
If you will only be in the house for six months it will probably be more hassle than it is worth to change suppliers.

Some of the cheapest tariffs only give a bonus after 12 months with the company, so best avoid those companies.
Find out the position on exit penalties if you leave before a certain date.
As said above, as it takes several weeks for the switch to happen, you might be better off moving to an internet tariff with your present company as that can happen instantly.0 -
Uswich etc all say I be worse off. I'm with British Gas for dual. pre payment. Feel those meters are a rip off. Can't get access to that many tariffs credit meter customers can0
