Phone bill from Kingston Communications?

My elderly father has received a phone bill from 'Kingston Communications' saying that he has an overdue account and needs to pay using an Automated Payment Line on: 01482604706. He in fact does not use them but another supplier (Talk Talk). Is this a scam?
I'm mad!!!! :rotfl::jand celebrating everyday every year!!!

OTOH, KC does do CPS outside of Hull now.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
