    Which 3?
I can think of two perhaps ie over her overdraft limit, returned payment but not sure on the third one.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

I assume the following has happened - provided your partner has a current account (except Reward): 2 x £35 Paid Item Fee + £28 Unauthorised Overdraft Usage Fee = £98. This means two transactions have taken the account over the agreed limit incurring the first two charges, and the account now being £22 overdrawn has incurred the third charge.

If your partner has not received charges back previous (on this particular account) then you can ask Bank of Scotland to reverse them as a "goodwill gesture".
Anything I post is my opinion, so from time to time I may be wrong. I try to provide answers based in fact, however I don't know everything, so (like all posters on MSE), take what I say with a pinch of salt.
