need help with ongoing problems with fashion world :(

hi can anyone help me i am having ongoing problems with fashion world i placed 3 orders since september that i have not recieved but 1 of the orders has been sent out 3 times i have not recieved it the last order i recieved was 27th july on top of that someone must have my details there was a order placed by phone for £380 that i did not place i made them aware of this the day i got the email and told them to cancel it but they still sent it out i also told them to put a hold or freeze on my account as the parcel company is not coming with my orders i have had no card from the company to say that they have left it anywere or that plus i am disabled and dont go out no one has came with these parcels all these orders are showing up as been left in porch i live in a common close of 12 there is no door systems so its not classed as safe i have sent 37 emails and made over 100 fone calls wrote a complaint to them and someone has rang me today saying that they need to send me another 12 forms to fill in and theres nothing they can do i am at my witends the stress of this has nock me ill i have tryed calling cabs and they cant help me my account has went from £126 outstandings to £780 and payments have trippled i told them that i am not paying for these 38 missing item and was told they would default my name and it will result in me been blacklisted is there anywere i can get help i have also contacted parcelnet they cant help me said they need fashion world to contacted them :mad:
