In April I had a parking ticket - I had bought a ticket and displayed it by the speedo in my car but the TW didn't look properly, IMO. The photographic evidence showed only the reflection off the windows. Despite the council failing to send the tribunal office a copy of the email I sent with a copy of my ticket, despite me moving house and losing the original ticket, despite some people on here berating me for not putting the ticket in the windscreen and my thinking it was now a lost cause - yesterday the lovely solicitor found in my favour and I won my case - the ticket should be displayed in the front windscreen OR pavement side of the side of the car - mine was.

I'm not only pleased that right has prevailed, but also that the double standards of the Birmingham Traffic Wardens hasn't either - over ten years I saw what they turned a blind eye to and who they favoured and also when they penalised people for the same offences they allowed from certain others. I can see why these people are so detested to be honest.
