youtube/ipod touch(can't connect?)

Hi all,
Wondered if anyone can help? Son had ipod touch for his birthday but can't connect to youtube?
Niece and other friend with ipod touch can at our home......but he can't
Hope someone can help

Hi,

There could be several things going on here, i presume you have internet access with other things on the device, (safari, email, weather, other apps etc..).. try the following..

Do a reset:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears - it will then take about 3 minutes to reboot.

Set The Time
If that don't work, check the date and time on the device, if it's set to the future, you'll need to double check the date and time on your computer - and if that is ok, connect it to iTunes and do a sync so it gets the right time.
