Hi BT reps,
I had superb help from Natasha and Jon in October regarding problems I was having with the main line coming into the house, they kindly resolved the issues and advised me that they would ensure the charges were removed.
Having received my bill this morning, I find that I have in fact still been charged - £70 -Natasha and Jon both asked that I advise them if this happened - the following is an extract from Jon's message to me of the 8th October:
The engineer will phone you on the day with a more specific time. Your fault reference number is VOL011-24373890131, I realise that you are concerned about the charges but as Natasha has advised should they be applied come back to either myself or Natasha and we will take care of them.
Regards,
Jon.
I have tried to advise them of the situation by replying to the message only to find that PM are no longer allowed it would appear.
Could someone from BT Reps please look into this for me and remove the charge as promised?
Thanks,
Dave

I am in the same position, I was told to wait for the charge to appear on the bill, which it now has, but I cannot contact a Company rep to let (you) them know.BT_company_representative wrote:Hi XXXX,
Thank you for our call and just a quick PM to confirm that when the connection charge of £122.50 appears on your next bill could you PM me or Fionnuala and we'll refund the charge for you.

Hi Buffermaster,
Sorry that the installation charge has not yet been removed. I have removed the 122.50 charge today and it has already been taken off the outstanding balance. You have nothing more to worry about.
Any questions post them here and I will pick up again.
Cheers
