Hi
I understand crisis loans are usually paid for people in a crisis, ie no food gas leccy etc.
The thing is my situation is sort of a crisis, I'm fleeing domestive violence and have been offered a place by another council, I get the keys hopefully next week.
Do you think crisis loan would pay out to help me with moving cost, as technically I'm moving because of a crisis??? looks like I'm going to have to hire a luton or something.
I'm trying to see if anyone I know can help, but I'm limited as some people cant know where I'm going.

You can apply for a Community Care Grant under the "exceptional circumstances" criteria if you are fleeing domestic violence.0
