This post relates to a new BT (Business Line), so please feel free to move it to small biz section if req.
I posted it here as BT Reps look here and I an getting pretty miffed
On 20th November I called BT to arrange take over of my landline from Orange to BT, so far so good
I had ordered the line with Plusnet and cancelled the order online (and had confirmation of cancellation on Monday 23rd)
Got a deal that included diversion to my mobile and line rental at a fixed price (circa £32.00 including vat)
Went to the BT ORDER TRACKING over the next few weeks and punched my order number in to the site and was informed all was OK and they would contact me if there was a problem
Because I KNOW BT are incompotent I also called up on 2 occasions to check that the order was being progressed and my line would activate as indicated.
Roll on to this week - Thursday
BT inform me the order was cancelled and they didn't bother to let me know as a 'marker' was on the line
BT inform me that another supplier will be taking over my line from Friday (they wouldn't tell me who it was but confirmed Plusnet were the guilty ones when I suggested the name)
Plusnet were OK and aplogised and will let me move away wiithout penaley or hassle.
Now I call up BT to reorder the line and have been told I must be mistaken as the price given was too low
I have had to sign up to a deal under protest costing me £22.00 more per month than I initially agreed to as I need the line transferred
The issues-
at wits end

The issues-
- Unlimited calls - I sepcifically asked if I had to hang up before 60 mins and call back.
- Given a price including VAT that was £22.00 too low
- Told the order was OK twice even though it had already failed by then
- The order tacking facility on the website tells you all is OK no matter what numbers you type in to it.
- The offer included free call diversion (incorrect)
- The line rental given was too low
