Any Good Cheap/Free Live Chat Business Software?

Can anyone recommend any good free or cheap 'live chat' business support software that can be put on a small business website? 'Live chat' allows visitors to the website to type in questions and we can type back answers.

We need something reputable but not expensive.

Just googled this out of interest and it seems that there is plenty of software in which you can do this with. Have a flick through is the best thing. Fair few of them have trials so you can always toy with different software before you commit to actually parting with any of your hard earned cash

Thanks. Yes, although I have tried Google, and there are lots of results. But that's why I'm hoping someone may have some experience with any that they can speak for. Even the free trials can have a catch, and with lots of sites you have to be careful, spam, spyware, or hidden T&Cs.

A good site to look at is hotscripts.com they list all sorts of cgi and pearl scripts. Some webhosts run cpanel which has a section there which will load various scripts for you. If my memory serves me right there was a couple of good free ones but I don't remember their names. At least with that link I have u u can read reviews what people have left and look at demos.
