    That isn't true, if you have kids and need to buy food but have no money or gas or electric. They will give you the loan if you can't get it from else where.

    The JCP would ask where your wages have gone. Paying off debts would not be a priority over providing food for your family.

    Yes they do ask where your money has gone and they want you to account for every penny. However if you do legitimatly need money for food they will pay it.
