If you cant use payday loans then your credit record must be shot to bits?

Can i ask what you need it for- there may be another way to get the cash instead of a loan?
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
  • need it for my rent as soon as possible ,this is a one off ,i am normally very good at paying my rent on time .

How are you going to pay next Months rent??

    Are parents an option??
  • Contact any other creditors you have and ask them to consider a reduction/suspension for one month.
Dont go down the route of getting a loan out to pay off a debt - even though its rent.
Speak to your landlord and ask for a few more days, he cant kick you out for that.
  • Try a local Credit Union - they usually are able to help if you actually speak to them before applying. Some allow 'instant' loans however £500 may be a bit steep - usually £300 is more appropriate. Some also link to Equifax, so you could actually repair your rating if you pay back on time.

A Credit Union can charge a maximum 27% APR by law - The Provident will charge you about 190%!!!

You could contact the Job Centre Plus (or go on their website/the direct.gov one) to see if you can get a crisis loan?
