i have asked for help on my thread regarding a complaint with your company, i dont want to have to contact your md of customer services but as i have no other contact name in order to discuss my customer service complaint i feel i have no choice. can you please either pm me or reply on this thread so i can have the issue resolved without resulting to an email to a senior director
