Help! Somethings wrong with my hotmail account!!!

On logging into my hotmail account earlier I noticed a number of emails in my inbox, some of which appeared to have been sent from myself to myself (cc'd), some that were sent by me to my contacts but the content of the emails were like some of the spam posts we get on this forum, about cheap ugg boots etc???, they start @hi Sexy! have a look at our site etc etc etc, but this is mega embarrassing as my hubby has received one that looks like it has been sent by me and one of the other contacts is my brother:eek: and also some work contacts etc

Can anyone tell me what's going on? The same thing happened a few weeks ago, but I just deleted them and didn't think anymore of it

There have been a few reports of this type of thing recently - it could be that your Hotmail account has been hacked.
It's probably a good idea to change your password and secret question - use a new password that will be hard to crack (a decent length with a mix of letters and numbers).
