What makes you think you are on the wrong tariff, if you don't know what rates you should be on???

only because of the substancial debt i appear to have accrued, bearing in mind that when with my previous supplier EON i was constantly in credit and only switched because EON wanted to raise the DD and spark apparently offered a better deal.
I will find all the info and post back.would it help at all if i posted all bills i have recieved so far from spark? Thankyou.0 -
I don't think there's a problem with the actual calculations in your bill, you could times you units by the unit rate but you'll just get what the bill says.
Finding out what tariff they've got you on and conparing this to what you think you should be on is your best bet.0 -

thanks gemstars i have just emailed spark asking exactly what you suggest amongst other things and i await a reply although judging from past experience i dont expect it imminently.
Normally i wouldn't bother and just pay but i just cant fathom out where i've accrued such a debt when living in a 3 bed detached which is empty a good amount of the time
i'll post back as soon as i recieve a reply
PS just found from a previous email that i am on a direct discount tarriff which should have had a discount applied after 12 months but hasn't been done and they are suggesting for my electric supply they can put me on a general domestic tarriff going forward.
