    "ugg" is a generic term used for sheepskin boots MADE in Australia and NZ , like we use the name "slipper "
    there are a few genuine different makers , the most widly known is "ugg Australia co" , another is "ugg jumbo" . there are others .
    I dont think any made outside antipodean countries are genuine uggs .
