help with letter

Hi

I know that i am 50 million miles behind everybody else, but after receiving a phone call from one of the companies who fight your case for ppi i decided that i would go it alone and write my own letters.

I have looked bank through some paperwork and the other half has had ppi on
barclays home care ppi (most at about£400)
mbna
first national
and poss egg.. need to check on line

i have downloaded the template letter but not sure which of the option i need to choose for my claim, especially with the barclays one!

I had problems and have already been to the FO for barclays selling me an endowment mortgage without a policy and instead selling me an life assurance policy for a replayment mortgage which i got some money back for.

Do you know whether the companies above have been fined and with barclays i also need to be explaining that i think that i would already have had cover through the life assurance policy which they sold on the same day along with building/contents cover...

Did i mention how much i hate them

Hi there.

Do you mean what reason you need to reclaim?

Was the barclays loan a single of joint loan where only one of you was protected?
If so this is at least one reason to write and have you also checked on the mis selling checklist as well, in this link below of Martin's?
