Is it a wireless printer? Or is it plugged directly into the computer you are trying to print from? If so, it may be cured by a restart. It's unlikely to be the router.Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0

What router have you got? If it came from orange, you'll need to connect it with the router before it will print by pressing the number 1 button. (At least that's the way their routers used to be!)Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0
