thats a pity i've been waiting for my replacement debit card (still not here) my card had to be cancelled due to fraudulant activities and my son wanted a few bits from woolworths

Worked for me too. Got a samsung tocco lite £39, I smashed the screen on my samsung tocco and tmobile quoted £40 for repair.

i got my refund today, £61 taken out and then 30 put back. fingers crossed I dont get a letter asking for it back!

The contents of a recent HUKD post might interest you:

I ordered balck wii on Friday 4th Dec 10pm using code ZG003 to get £30 discount - so expected to pay £119.
My parcel was delivered yesterday and my card charged today for £149 then refund processed for £119.
Yesterday I had emailed woolworths asking them re £30 refund ......see their response below.

Dear Customer

Thanks for contacting us about your recent order.

We are sorry but the items you have ordered cannot be reduced. Unfortunately, your order does not meet the criteria for the promotion code you quoted because the code (ZG0030) is for use on Additions or Littlewoods Direct it is not available on a Woolworths account.

I will be sending this order straight back! The whole thing is very misleading - woolworths should not have accepted the promotion code at the time I placed my order - I would have just picked one up from local HMV at the same price if I had known.

Surely this is down to woolworths and we should not have to stump up the discount as at the end of the day the site should not accept a code not useable on this site...common sense really :rolleyes:
