well i received my order today the statement states £60 my account was debited £60 then credited £30,
not sure what to do now :mad:

I've just opened an account with them but I think I might wait to see if they send me code.
Even though I'd be placing a '1st order', I'm assuming it may get recalled if it wasn't sent to me specifically.

i used the code on friday...IT WORKED!! i got £30 off a phone that was already half price on the site, so got it for £34! BUT BUT BUT...... when i tracked the order....it was the wrong phone they were sending out to me !!
i had to ring them (but didnt mention the code )...and they said that theyre having problems with their website, and codes have got mixed up with pictures on the site, that dont match the code! so lord knows what phone is going to turn up......???

so what happens if it IS the wrong phone?? will they send me the right phone.....and honour the voucher?? !!!!
SOOOOOOO STRESSED!!! ....should be delivered anytime now til noon !!!

however the tracking invoice says i owe them £70 !! .......have been told by this site that my account should be credited with the £30 vouchers code offer? !! time will tell.......
think this code has caused alot of ppl alot of stress......!!

You would have to reorder and pay again then when other phone is sent back they will refund full price of phone. I sent jacket back and reordered bigger size, still waiting on my refund but think it takes up to seven days

My order is out for delivery and my credit card has had the discount refunded. If they do recall the £30 I'll be disappointed but it was still a good buy and I guess these unsubstantiated discounts are a gamble, so we shouldn't risk what we can't afford to lose? I think there have been a few valuable lessons learned with some of these big discount codes in the last week or so?
I hope Woolworths take a leaf out of M&S's book but I'm not holding my breath!

I also think they should make sure their sites don't accept codes that aren't for use on them...other companies seem to manage to do it.

Of course i'm gonna try to use it, we all want a bargain :rotfl:

I am about to place an order but only because of the discount code. Will i get the £30 back or not? I really can not afford to lose £30 at xmas.
