Music symbol names???

im looking for some music note symbols to make a poster but i do not know their names.

hoefully you will know what i mean, on a music sheet there are various notes and they must have names. at the beginning of a music line there is that funny squiggle thinggy, what is that called.

im making a large poster and i need some 'notes' to print out.

hopefully someone will understand what i want

cheers.

How to: In your favorite web browser go to https://www.google.co.uk then type in the text window "Musical Symbol" (your phrase, without the quotes) and bingo 4,100,000 hits, please try it when you have some free time.

Yes, it's a treble clef that you're looking for at the beginning. There's also a bass clef that you might want (often used for the left hand in piano).

Notes: Minim, crotchet, quaver, semi-quaver, demi-semi-quaver.

There's also different rests (bits where you don't play anything) but I can't remember their names.

    Breve, semi-breve I think.

Sorry, i went to google and put in musical symbols, but i do not know the names of the symbols, thus was hoping some folks do. I'm not silly i know how to use google, but I do not know the names of the symbols.
